Description: On the 9th of May, 2024, our school observed the auspicious celebration of Rabindranath Tagore's birthday (Rabindra Jayanti). The senior and middle section students participated in the programme under the guidance and leadership of Mrs. D. Roy, Mrs. P. Panja and Mrs. A. Mondol. The programme opened with a prayer service which included Prayer reading and Prayer Song. We then gained some knowledge about the philosophy of Rabindranath Tagore through a powerpoint presentation followed by a poem recitation and a dance performance by students. We were graced by a melodious rendition of Tagore's 'Hey nuton' for the closing ceremony. The programme ended with the votes of thanks by our principal ma'am Mrs. Jessica Gomes Surana.
