Description: Independence day : A tribute to courage The entire school came together to celebrate India's 78th Independence Day. The day began with hoisting of the national flag by the principal followed by the singing of the national anthem. The students then marched towards the Jr. Section Hall and settled down. The cultural program ensued with the introduction of our very own Sr. Molly followed with patriotic songs and dances by the school choir and dance troupe. Poem recitations and skits were also put by different students. Students from different classes participated showcasing their talents and creativity. The principal then addressed the gathering emphasizing on the importance of independence, freedom and the responsibilities that come with it. To conclude with, the independence day celebration was as inspiring event that instilled a sense of patriotism and unity among the school community.
