Description: On the 3rd and 4th of October 2024, a workshop on "How to Deal with Adolescence" was organized at the Provincialate office in Kolkata. This workshop, aimed at coordinators and middle school teachers, focused on understanding and addressing the unique challenges faced by adolescents. It was conducted by Mrs. Kanwaljeet Kaur, a seasoned expert in the field with extensive experience in managing adolescent issues. The two-day session was attended by teachers from Loreto Schools all across India, including Mrs. S. Saha and Ms. A. Perris, from our school. The workshop commenced at 9 a.m. and continued till 4 p.m. each day, offering a comprehensive view of the psychological, emotional, and social challenges that students in their adolescent years experience. The participants were expected to stay until the conclusion of the workshop, as it provided them with valuable insights and practical techniques to be implemented in their respective schools. At the end of the workshop, all attendees received participation certificates, signifying their successful completion of the program.
