Description:
The Apeejay Literary Festival On January 12th, 2025 a group of students from our school attended the Apeejay Literary Festival at the Oxford bookstore on Park Street. This was held for classes VI to VIII, accompanied by Ms Paul and our parents. The session was led by Ms. Shabnam Minwalla, a former journalist from the 'Times of India', who shared her writing journey with the audience. She focussed on children’s books and thrilling murder mysteries while giving an insight into the story line of her book, 'The Body in the Pool.' Her storytelling definitely sparked a world of curiosity and a host of interactive discussions. She also addressed questions about the writing challenges generally faced by writers and offered advice on overcoming the 'writer’s block.' Overall, it was a rewarding and overwhelming experience that left all of us inspired to explore the unknown in the world of writing.
