Description: On the 19th August, 2020 there was a session on Yoga. This was an integral part of their stay while lockdown and during the period when they were not having any physical activity. So, for the well being of the mind and body, these sessions were introduced and rigorously they were followed under the guidance of Mrs. S. Ganguly and Mrs. R. Kar.
