Description:
On 7th December, the JPIC girls participated in a statement writing session organized by WGG girls, focusing on the well-being of girls. The session aimed to create a safe space for open discussions on important topics related to mental health and personal development. During the session, participants were divided into breakout rooms, where meaningful conversations took place. Our group specifically discussed mental health, its impact on daily life, and strategies for maintaining well-being. We shared personal experiences, thoughts, and perspectives, learning from each other's stories while fostering a supportive environment. The session was insightful, encouraging self-awareness and promoting mental health awareness among students. It was a valuable experience that emphasized the importance of emotional well-being and the power of shared understanding. We would like to thank our Principal, Sister Banisha for giving us this opportunity to be a part of this wonderful session .
