Description: On the 27th of January 2025, the Junior Section organized a host of class activities marking the Observance of the Mary Ward Week. The children of Kindergarten made Wall Hangings. They stuck a picture of Mary Ward and decorated the Wall Hanging with decorative material. The children of class 1 had done a Notebook Making Activity where they had to decorate the cover of a book with a picture of Venerable Mary Ward and decorated the same with a maxim that touched them the most. The children of Class II enjoyed making a card with a picture and maxim of our foundress Mary Ward. Clear instructions were given to them as to how they should make it and they made beautiful cards. The students of class 3 also took part in a card making activity. They were excited as they decorated the card and wrote in it their favourite maxim of their foundress, Mary Ward. The students of class 4 made a poster on Mary Ward. They were very creative. This activity was conducted to make the students know more about Mary Ward and to help them appreciate her as a person. The students of Class V embarked on a creative project, also designing posters that showcased: 1. The life, values, maxims, and characteristics of Mary Ward, accompanied by relevant pictures or drawings. 2. The qualities of Mary Ward that inspire them to follow in her footsteps. The students' enthusiasm knew no bounds as they expressed their thoughts and ideas in a unique and creative way. The activity helped students develop their creative skills, learn about Mary Ward's life and values, and reflect on the qualities that inspire them to be like her.
