Description: Being part of the Leadership Training Service (LTS), led by Father John Rogers, through the IGNITE program, was a life-changing experience. It taught me valuable skills, life lessons, time management, and the importance of consistency. Time management, in particular, helped me reflect on my past struggles with punctuality and significantly improved my ability to stay on track. Learning to be consistent was another major takeaway, shaping my discipline and focus. Beyond skills, LTS gave me a sense of love, community, and shared ideas that I will always cherish. The atmosphere was unimaginable something I deeply miss and would love to experience again. IGNITE is unforgettable, not just for its lessons but for the amazing people it introduced me to.
